Gregory S. Stevens is a C-level executive with over 25 years of successfully building and operating Restaurant and Location Based Entertainment businesses. He is a strategic leader that recognizes the importance of happy, engaged collaborators to delivering FUNomenal! Experiences. He was most recently the CEO of KidZania US – a global educational/entertainment attraction for children 4-14 years old. Mr. Stevens has been a key contributor to the growth of two national entertainment chains – Gameworks and Jillian’s.
Together with his partners, Mr. Stevens reinvigorated and repositioned the Gameworks brand after acquiring it from Sega Holdings, resulting in a successful turnaround of a dated concept. Mr. Stevens was the CEO and CFO of Jillian’s Entertainment, helping build the company to 40 locations, $180 million in revenues and $26 million in EBITDA. Mr. Stevens was also an operating partner with Milestone Capital (now Blackstreet Capital), a private equity firm specializing in turnaround opportunities. Mr. Stevens held various finance related positions with PepsiCo and started his career with Citibank as a corporate banker. Mr. Stevens received a B.S.E.E from Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.B.A from New York University and when he is not working he enjoys playing the piano, skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
